September.

 September 3rd

In the garden today trimming things back, and pulling up the dead stuff that did not really grow over the Summer as too hot. I did my best- but watering took a lot of work. There has bean a hose pipe ban since 11th of July. Around fifty cans of water to do all the garden, but with it beaning so hot in our garden it did not seem to make a lot of difference. The water just soaked in and after a few hours or the next day it looked like I had not touched it at all. Andrew helped by  doing some of the watering as  well.

Dug the tatties up and was surprised at how many there was- 7kg This was just from a few old tatties in the bottom of the rack we saved and planted, instead of throwing away.

4th

I feel a bit achy and stiff today, my hands are sore as well from the rose bush trimming. So a knitting day for me. I am working on a cardigan for my Grandson Tommy-Lee, and his partner Kira-Leigh for the baby due in October a little girl.I love making baby things so they could end up with quite a lot. Be for I give them to Tommy-Lee and Kira-Leigh I will put up pictures.

7th

Went into town today to get a few bits for Tommy-Lee and Jamie-Lee's Birthday to go with the money we give them both.Then they can get what they want, probably clothes or trainers.  

8th

Happy Birthday Tommy-Lee-,twenty and Jamie-Lee, fourteen today.

Ironing and general house work. Luna had a good walk met Mary and Rory dog  also Phil with Jenny dog.

Nice day quite warm but a bit heavy later.

9th

Cleaned up all down stairs apart from front room as my Daughter Lindsay came to see us. She would like me to change some curtains from a ruffled top to eyelet tops. 

Jamie-Lee called in later and we gave her the Birthday gifts and money. She had on her school uniform and looked so grown up. She had also straighten her hair, usually its very curly. Her hair is very long as well right down her back to her waist when straight like now

I gave Luna a bath as she has bean in season and needed a freshen up. 

10th

I finished off the cleaning then vacuumed all through down stairs.

Luna's toys, Fluffy dog and sheepy sheep, got a wash today.Luna did not like it when they were on the line.Very windy day and sunshine, so they soon dried. Started to rain quite fast so Andrew got them off the line with a cover we put on the bed for Luna while she is in season. He hid them in the cover and they fell out. She was so happy and started playing with them, so pleased they were back now clean and fresh.

12th

Tommy-Lee and Kira-Lee came to see us today. Tommy-Lee had his presents. We got him some Haribos  sweets but he does not like them. Kira-Lee does so she was pleased. Paul had already got him another pack of sweets Haribos sour, which are his favorites. (Lindsay had told us he does not like Haribo only the sour ones, but Kira does yesterday). He did like his other presents as well.

Luna has bean a bit off the last few days or so. Not wanting her food and just nibbling a tiny bit. She ate her tea just be for we were going to bed around 3am. After she has to go on the grass. Andrew and I call it, one in- one out- job.

Chinese for tea but my IBS has bean bad for the last for days. Bloating, sick feeling and just off it, so did not have much.

15th

Cleaned up down stairs today. Some more knitting baby stuff, I am enjoying doing these. I have made a few mistakes and pulled some rows down. Still it does not take long to redo.

16th

A good longer  walk with Luna. We saw Debbie with Monty her dog. Also some one we had not seen for ages, Oliver dog. He is going blind but still enjoys a walk with his owner who I do not know his name. I was so pleased to see them both. On the common a few of us look out for each other so when we  have not seen someone for a while we ask round if some one else had seen them. Makes sure no one is forgotten while we are on the common walks.

Stomach not as bad so that's good. Hopefully that's the end of it for a while because a flare is not nice. My RSD has bean fairish so that's good. With RSD you are never without pain somewhere but with tablets and exercise its manageable. Just get on with it and do your best. Lack of sleep is not good either. 

17th

Having a go at Lindsay's curtains, when I tried a few days ago I could not work it out at all. Today it went easy. Got one curtain ready for machining.

While I was doing them I went hot/cold and started to sweat and felt very sick and was three times. Very cold and sweating heart going fast. After around half an hour it went away, and I felt better. I went back to doing the curtains.

IBS back again bloated and sore, runs as well. At least it will sort the constipation.

20th

Changed bedding dried really well and was able to iron the quilt cover. White sheet washed tomorrow with other whites.

Wayne here for a few hours from Halifax. He is my oldest son who lives with his lovely girlfriend Kayleigh. She could not come as the Farah cat has bean very ill, and could not really be left on her on. She has GABAPENTIN medication the same as me. Get better soon Farah. Hopefully next time it will be both of them here. 

21st

Turning a bit chilly in the mornings now 12C. Bit more knitting the pink set I am making is now done just the buttons to put on.

Not feeling the best today pain around the eyes that are all so sore and gritty. Pain at back of my head. The air feels very heavy at the moment so it could be that. IBS flare up still around not as bad though.

Cleaned though down stairs. My head pain did go later and I felt a lot better. 

22rd

B12 today went well Nathan has given me the injection for the last few times very slow less pain that way.

I went into town as its Paul Birthday on Saturday. Got him a few nice things. Very warm and heavy  23C at 1,30pm.

Stomach has calmed down quite a bit and there is less pain today. Hopefully it  that stays that way.  

23rd

Today is the first day of autumn according to radio 1-- going by Astronomical Equinox. But going by Meteorological it was 1st of September.

Helping Paul put back the selves on the stairs. Things did not go well so he gave up. 

24th

A colder start to the day. Up earlier on the common be for eight.Not the best of nights sleep just was uncomfortable and pain. Weather soon warmed up 17C at 12pm. 

Brushed Luna as she has a lot of under coat that is itchy for her. Doing this Blog and playing with Luna. 

I had to wash the white sheet as there was a stain on it. I was ironing it at the time and saw it. Pleased it was just the first bit and not the last side.I think something got spilt on it while in the wash basket ready for ironing. The stain came out.  

Happy Birthday Paul. 

 Lindsay Jay-Jay and Cory-James came to see Paul with presents and cards. I had a good afternoon playing with Corey. Soon it was time for them to go. Jay-Jay could not find his wallet. We all looked around and came to the conclusion that it was in one of the many bags he had. Be for coming here they had bean shopping for clothes for Cory. They all left and we thought that was the end of the lost wallet. No it was not in any of Jay-Jay's bags. He did go to the play park, so he wondered if he dropped it there. I thought it was strange if he did, as Lindsay was with him, and I thought one of them would have noticed. 

Later Paul Me and Andrew went out for a meal at the Panda Mamis All you can eat mixed buffet. The food was very good and hot even the rice so I give it a thumbs up.Good choice, but not so good if you are a vegetarian like Andrew. When the waitress came to the table Andrew and I mentioned it. She agreed there was not the big choice  as meat eaters had.

27th

The next day Jay-Jay sent Paul a message that his wallet had bean found-- in one of Lindsay's bags. I was so pleased so was he. I rang Jay-Jay up and had a chat with him.  

Stomach a bit funny again and dizzy feeling again. I thought it was better but not so.

29th

Cleaned up all down stairs. From mid afternoon till tea knitting- this time a multi coloured Teddy.

30th

Again this sick feeling, Andrew said he felt a bit sickey too. Paul out in town then his dinner out later.

I did all the ironing the sheet that somehow got stained plus four shirts and trousers. 

A lovely warm day more like Summer warm wind and sunshine 22-23 C at five pm.

It's hard to believe we are going into October tomorrow. People are talking about Christmas. When I last went in The range there was Halloween and Christmas things, it was the beginning of August???!!

Hope you are ok and as good as you can be. Not too bad a month for me still pain and the stomach thing, but I have had a lot worse. All the best to you all Love Gill.
